What else an owner pays

Paid by the guest

The cleaning fee on each booking covers the turnover, and the booking sites collect most occupancy taxes. Where a county leaves the tax to the host, we file it for you.

Paid by you, at cost

Supplies, repairs and upkeep, with the receipt on your statement. Your own mortgage, utilities, insurance and permit fees stay yours.

Questions

Do I keep my Airbnb listing and my reviews?

Yes. You stay the host of record and add us as your co-host, so the listing, the reviews and the history stay yours. If you ever leave, nothing has to be rebuilt.

How do I get paid?

Airbnb pays you directly and pays our fee to us through its co-host payout, so your rental income never sits in our account. For other sites we bill our fee from your monthly statement.

Can I still stay at my own place?

Of course. Block your dates in the owner portal or send us a text, and the calendar closes on every site.

Who answers guests at 2 AM?

Our guest line answers texts, calls and site messages in minutes, around the clock. Anything urgent, like a lockout or a leak, goes straight to a person on call and to the right local pro.

What if a guest damages something?

We document it with photos, file the claim with the booking site, and line up the repair. Anything over the limit you set waits for your OK.

Is nightly renting allowed where my home is?

It depends on the city and county, and the rules change. Before you sign anything we check your zoning, permit and license needs and tell you plainly what applies.

How fast can my home go live?

Usually two to three weeks from the day we start, depending on permits, photos and the lock install. If your home is already listed, it is often faster.
