Driftwood & Pine Stays (Valor LLC) sends text messages to three groups of people.

Guests receive messages about their reservation: booking confirmation, arrival and entry details, door codes, check in and checkout reminders, answers to their questions, updates on repairs, and optional extras for their stay. Guests consent by giving their mobile number when they book or when they text us first.

Home owners receive messages about their rental estimate, their home, bookings, repairs and monthly statements. Owners consent by giving their mobile number on our estimate form or in their management agreement.

Vendors such as cleaners and repair people receive job requests and updates. Vendors consent by giving their mobile number when they agree to take jobs from us.

Message frequency varies by stay and by job. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, and you will get one message confirming it. Reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
