This policy covers driftwoodandpine.com and the texts, calls and emails we send. Driftwood & Pine Stays is a trade name of Valor LLC.

What we collect

From home owners: your name, email, cell number, the home's address and the details you share about it. From guests: the name, cell number and stay dates the booking site or you give us, and the messages you send us. From vendors: your name, cell number and the jobs you take.

How we use it

To prepare rental estimates, manage homes, send booking details, door codes and check in help, answer questions, send cleaners and repair help, and prepare owner statements. We do not sell personal information.

Text messages

We text guests about their stay, owners about their homes and estimates, and vendors about jobs. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Reply STOP to any text to stop them, or HELP for help. Details are in our SMS terms.

Who we share it with

Only the services that run the business for us, under their own privacy terms: the booking sites a guest booked on, our messaging and phone provider, our payment processor, our smart lock provider, and the cleaners and repair people working on the home, who get only what the job needs.

How long we keep it

As long as we manage the home or the law requires for tax and accounting records, then we delete it.
